The research not only focuses on<br \/>process control and automation, but also explores the creation of novel heating<br \/>materials that generate heat through the Joule effect and the first results are already<br \/>showing great potential.<\/p><p>For the first time, heating elements manufactured using Fused Filament Fabrication<br \/>(FFF) have been successfully produced and demonstrated their capability to join<br \/>high-performance thermoplastic laminates. These achievements pave the way for<br \/>greater flexibility, customization, and automation in resistance welding processes.<br \/>In parallel, AIMEN has also developed vitrimer-based heating elements, now ready<br \/>for testing and optimization in the welding of vitrimer laminates.<\/p><p>After just one year since its launch, TOSCA is already delivering promising results \u2014<br \/>so
